Tangy Orange Sauce

ingredients

serves 4
2 large baked potatoes
1 pt (600 ml) good brown gravy
1 tbsp thick orange marmalade
1 tbsp sherry

method

1. Whisk all ingredients together.

2. Split the baked potato and pour the sauce over.

3. Alternatively, scoop out the flesh and mix with the sauce.

4. Then arrange the mixture back in the shells and place under a hot grill until lightly browned on top.
