Fresh Fruit Salad #2

ingredients

serves 4
2 dessert apples, cored and sliced
2 oranges, peeled, pith removed and segmented
1 banana, sliced
225 g (8 oz) black grapes, deseeded
100 g (4 oz) strawberries, sliced
2 tablespoons clear honey
300 m (1/2 pint) dry cider

method

1. Mix all the fruit together in a large serving bowl. Stir the honey into the cider. Pour the liquid over the fruit and leave to cool.

2. Serve chilled with single or double cream.
