method
1. Halve the baked potatoes and score the tops with a fork.
2. Cut the turkey into cubes and mix with the broccoli in a basin.
3. Mix the cornflour with the milk, then add the salt, pepper, mustard, paprika and chicken stock cube.
4. Cook the cornflour mix on a fairly low heat until the stock cube is dissolved and the mixture has thickened.
5. Pour the sauce over the turkey and broccoli and mix well.
6. Carefully spoon the mixture on top of the baked potatoes, garnish with the cheese strips and pepper slices and grill until the cheese has melted.
