350 g (12 oz) potatoes, cooked and mashed
5 tsp Parmesan cheese or Geska
2 tsp mild curry powder
1 tsp mixed herbs
3 tbsp onion, finely chopped
fresh wholemeal breadcrumbs
1. Thoroughly mix together all the ingredients, except the breadcrumbs.
2. Shape the mixture into balls about the size of a golf ball and coat with the breadcrumbs
3. Place on a well greased tray and bake in the oven Gas mark 5, 375°F (190°C) for 40 minutes.
4. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
