1. Heat the water in a saucepan and add the jelly. Stir until dissolved, then add the pineapple juice. Pour into a bowl and place in the refrigerator until just beginning to set.
2. Whisk in the yogurt until well blended, then pour into four glass serving dishes. Leave until set, then decorate with orange twists.
3. Instead of a packet of orange jelly, you can use powdered gelatine with equal quantities of unsweetened orange and pineapple juices.
Vegetarians can use agar in similar proportions as a substitute for gelatine.
