method
1. Separate, wash and dry the lettuce. Wash, dry and thinly slice the cucumber and radishes.
2. Cut the tomatoes into wedges. Cover a salad dish with lettuce and top with the cucumber, radishes, tomatoes, onions and corncobs.
3. Skin the sliced sausage, cut to the centre of each slice, roll into a cone and arrange the sausage on the salad.
4. Beat the soured cream with the remaining ingredients and pour the dressing over the salad.
