1. Wash and dry the cucumber, halve it lengthways and then cut it into sticks about 1 cm (1/2 in) thick. Cut the onion into thin rings and cut each ring into four. Wash the dill, shake dry and chop.
2. Beat the dill and the other seasonings into the yogurt and fold the dressing into the cucumber and onion.
3. Leave the salad to stand for 10 minutes before serving.
