1. Mix together the minced beef and sausage meat and season to taste. Finely chop the onions and garlic. Mix a quarter of the onions into the meat with the garlic, 2 tablespoons of the oil, the flour and the parsley.
2. Tip the remaining onion into a small dish and keep it to serve separately with the Cevapcici. Heat the remaining oil in a
frying pan.
3. Take 1 heaped tablespoon of the meat at a time and with wet hands shape each tablespoon into a small roll, flattening the ends.
4. Fry the rolls for about 10 minutes, turning them frequently. The exact frying time depends on how thick the rolls are. The inside of the rolls should still be slightly pink at the end of the cooking time.
These minced meat rolls are a traditional Yugoslav dish.
Serve with: French bread and tomato salad.
