8 oz (225 g) potatoes, boiled
8 oz (225 g) kale or cabbage, cooked
1/2 cup (4 fl oz) double cream (heavy cream)
Salt and pepper to taste
method
1. Mash the potatoes thoroughly and mix in the cooked kale, or cabbage, which has been finely chopped after cooking.
2. Stir in the double cream, season with salt and pepper.
3. Serve very hot.
