ingredients

1 litre (1 3/4 pints) low-calorie tonic water
few drops of angostura bitters
ice cubes

method

Divide the tonic water between four glasses and stir a few drops of angostura bitters into each glass. Add ice cubes and serve immediately.

Make decorative ice cubes to float in summer drinks. Put a pink rose petal in each section of an ice tray, fill with water and freeze.
