method
1. Place the blackberries, plums and pears in a large saucepan with the sweetener Cover and heat gently for 5 minutes until the fruit is soft.
2. Push the cooked fruit through a sieve, discard the seeds and chill the puree in the fridge for 30 minutes.
3. Place the soft cheese in a mixing bowl and beat it with a wooden spoon to soften it. Gradually add the fruit puree and whisk well.
4. Whisk the egg white until it forms soft peaks and fold this into the fruit mixture. Divide the mixture between four individual glass dishes and chill for 2-3 hours.
tip: For a firmer mousse, you can dissolve a teaspoon of gelatine in a little water and whisk this into the fruit before adding the soft cheese. The Points per serving will remain the same.
