1. Peel the kiwi fruit and cut into thin slices; arrange these, overlapping, around the edges of four small plates.
2. Skin the green grapes and halve the black ones.
3. Arrange the black grapes in the centre of each plate; place a whole green grape in the centre of this. Spoon the wine and the orange juice over and chill for 1 hour.
Egg-shaped kiwi fruit with its brown hairy skin is now available most of the year. The fruit is ripe when it feels soft to the touch.
