Turkey and Ham Topping recipe

ingredients

2 large baked potatoes
110 g (4 oz) cooked turkey meat
110 g (4 oz) cooked ham
1 tbsp green peas
4 tbsp mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Rolls of sliced ham for garnish
Sprig of Watercress (salad cress) for garnish

method

1. Halve the baked potatoes and from each scoop out about 1 tbsp of flesh.

2. Dice the cooked turkey and ham and add to the potato flesh which has been mashed.

3. Stir in the peas and mayonnaise. Season to taste.

4. Pile back into the skins.

5. Garnish with small rolls of sliced ham and watercress.
