method
1. Blend together the mashed sweet potato, milk, water and butter until smooth and creamy.
2. Stir in half the sour cream, egg, sugar and spices and pour into a greased pie dish.
3. Bake in the oven Gas mark 4, 350°F (180°C) for 30 minutes until almost set.
4. Spoon the remaining sour cream over the top, sprinkle over the chopped walnuts and return to the oven to cook for a further 10 minutes.
5. Serve hot or cold with cream.
