225 g (8 oz) flour
5 g (1 tsp) baking powder

method

1. Mix the cheese and fats together and rub them into the flour and baking powder.

2. Refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours.

3. This pastry can be used to make sweet tarts, Danish pastries, strudels.
