175 ml (6 fl oz) 3/4 cup tomato juice
90 ml (3 fl oz) 6 tbsp white tequila
dash each of Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces
30 ml (2 tbsp) lemon juice
salt and freshly ground black pepper
8 ice cubes
method
1. Combine the tomato juice, tequila, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Add salt and pepper to taste, and four ice cubes. Shake very vigorously.
2. Place the remaining ice cubes in two heavy-based tumblers and strain the tequila over them.
