method
1. Remove the heads and shells of the prawns, but leave on the very ends of the tails. Wash, devein and pat dry.
2. Put the oil and garlic into a bowl and cover with cling film. Cook on HIGH for 1 minute.
3. Stir in the chilli sauce, wine, lemon juice and salt. Cook for 30 seconds on HIGH
4. Add the prawns and cook for 3-4 minutes on MEDIUM.
