method
1. Put the beef and onion into a 1150ml/2-pint casserole. Break the meat up well with a fork.
2. Cover and cook for 4 minutes on HIGH, stirring occasionally to break into small pieces.
3. Drain any fat from the meat and add the raisins, nuts, sweetcorn, chilli powder and tomatoes.
4. Cover and cook on MEDIUM for 8 minutes. Adjust seasoning. Spoon into the taco shells and serve with the various toppings.
