1. Prepare the potato fritters following the instructions on the packet. Wash and dry the fish and sprinkle the lemon juice over it. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Melt the clarified butter in a frying pan and fry the fillets of plaice. Peel and cut the onions into rings. Peel, halve, core and quarter the apple. Then slice the quarters thinly.
3. Place the chopped bacon into a frying pan and wait a little while until the fat has melted. Then add the onions and apple slices.
4. Season with salt and pepper. Place three potato fritters on each plate. Arrange the plaice on top and sprinkle with the onions and apples.
