175 g (6 oz) Peeled cooked shrimps, chopped
2 Hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 Medium onion, finely chopped
1 Green chilli, finely chopped
piece Fresh root ginger, peeled 2 1/2 cm (1 in) and finely chopped
1/4 tsp Hot chilli powder
2 Tbs Thick coconut milk
1/4 tsp Cumin seeds, coarsely crushed

method
1. Combine all the ingredients, except the cumin seeds, in a shallow serving dish and mix well.
2. Sprinkle the crushed cumin seeds over the top. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
