1. Put the lamb cubes into a large bowl. Combine the yogurt, coriander, turmeric, chilli powder, salt, garlic and ginger and beat well. Pour over the lamb cubes, baste well and cover the bowl. Chill in the refrigerator for 6 hours, or overnight, basting occasionally.
2. Preheat the grill (broiler) to high.
3. Stir the meat mixture well, then thread the cubes on to skewers. Put the skewers on to the lined rack of the grill (broiler) pan and grill (broil) the cube's for 5 to 8 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through.
4. Transfer the skewers to a warmed serving dish and sprinkle over the coriander leaves. Garnish with the lemon wedges before serving.
