Ginger Chutney (ADRAK CHATNI) recipe

This recipe is quick and easy to make, especially if you have a blender. It does not, however, keep very well and should be eaten within two days of preparation. It goes particularly well with lamb dishes.

method
1. Put the juice of 1 1/2 lemons, 2 teaspoons of the sugar and all the remaining ingredients into a blender and blend to a smooth puree.
2. Taste and, if necessary, stir in the juice of the remaining 1/2 lemon and the remaining sugar.
3. Alternatively, chop all the ingredients finely and mix together.
4. Transfer the mixture to a small bowl and serve.
