method
1. Remove all of the prawn shells except for the very tail ends.
2. Remove the black veins on the rounded sides.
3. Cut the prawn down the length of the curved side and press each one open.
4. Melt half of the butter or margarine in a small pan and cook the pepper to soften, about 3 minutes. Add the spring onions and cook a further 2 minutes.
5. Combine the peppers with the mustard, sherry, Worcester sauce, crab meat, breadcrumbs, parsley and mayonnaise. Add seasoning and enough egg to bind
6. Spoon the stuffing onto the prawns and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese and paprika. Melt the remaining butter or margarine and drizzle over the prawns.
7. Bake in a pre-heated 180C (350F) GAS 4 OVEN FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES. Serve immediately

Spicy baked prawns recipe

Recipe doesn't tell you what to do with the prawns - how to cook them! What happens to the parmesan and paprika? They're not mentioned in the recipe.
I think this recipe is unfinished.
