8 slices White bread, toasted
175 g (6 oz) 6 oz Bacon, chopped and grilled (broiled) until crisp
4 Large lettuce leaves
3 Medium tomatoes, sliced
6 Tbs Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
method
Put half the toast slices on a board and arrange the bacon over them. Cover with the lettuce and tomato and salt and pepper to taste. Spread the mayonnaise generously over the four remaining slices and cover the filling. Cut in half and serve at once.
