1 onion, finely chopped
2 tbsps olive oil
1 x 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 x 6 oz can tuna, drained and flaked
3 oz (75 g) stoned black olives

Fry the onion in the oil until soft. Add the remaining ingredients and cook, stirring carefully, for 2 minutes.
