12 oz (350 g) cooked pasta shapes
8 oz (225 g) peeled prawns
1 x (8 1/2 oz/250 g) can pink salmon, drained, flaked
8 spring onions, trimmed and sliced
for the dressing:
8 tbsps (120 ml) salad oil
4 tsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsps fresh lime juice
1 tsp chopped fresh dill
to garnish:
lime slices, dill sprigs
method
1. Place pasta, prawns, salmon and spring onions in a bowl.
2. Thoroughly combine the dressing ingredients and season.
3. Pour over the salad and toss lightly. Garnish with lime slices and dill and serve.
