method
1. Bring the cream, sugar and geranium leaves to the boil, remove from heat and allow to cool.
2. Whisk in the yogurt and skimmed milk cheese until smooth. Cover and leave in a cool place overnight.
3. Bring the orange juice to the boil, add the fruit and simmer gently for 2 minutes until just soft. Cool.
4. Strain the cream mixture, then whip until soft peaks form. Serve with the fruit.
