Chicken and Tomato Soup

ingredients

serves 4
1 pint (600 ml) tomato juice
1 pint (600 ml) chicken stock
1 tsp mixed herbs
2 oz (50 g) cooked rice
8 oz (225 g) cooked chicken, shredded

method

1. Bring tomato juice, stock and herbs to the boil. Reduce heat.

2. Stir in remaining ingredients, simmer for 2 minutes. Season with black pepper.

3. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

This was absolutly disgusting, the chicken stock and tomatoes seriously didn't mix well and gave it a fatty taste - not for me.

It was okay i didn't like the rice in the soup and the chicken stock....but the rest of it was okay....

Not for me - didn't mix well and didn't like the rice with the soup
