method
1. Split a wholewheat or granary roll and spread with low fat mayonnaise. On one half of the roll place 2 oz (50 g) thinly sliced turkey and 1 crisply grilled streaky bacon rasher, cut in half.
2. Top with tomato slices and shredded lettuce. Cover with other half of roll and press down firmly.
3. Wrap closely in non PVC film.
