method
1. Split a French loaf lengthways and spread each half with low fat spread and sweet pickle.
2. Cover one half with 2 oz (50 g) thinly sliced cooked ham, 4 oz (125 g) thinly sliced Edam cheese and 2 oz (50 g) thinly sliced salami.
3. Top with 2 sliced tomatoes, 2 oz (50 g) sliced cucumber and a few shredded Chinese leaves and season with black pepper.
Cover firmly with the other half of loaf and cut diagonally into 4.
4. Wrap individually in plastic film.
