4 wholemeal rolls
4 oz (125 g) cooked chicken, skinned, boned and diced
1 x (7 oz/200 g) can low sugar and salt baked beans
2 oz (50 g) low fat Cheddar cheese, grated
method
1. Cut the top off each roll. Scoop out the centres and mix with the remaining ingredients.
2. Refill the bread rolls and place on a baking sheet.
3. Bake at Mark 6 (200°C) 400°F for 10 - 15 minutes until heated through.
