1 large orange, peeled, segmented
1 grapefruit, peeled, segmented
1 pear, peeled, cored, sliced
2 oz (50 g) white grapes
2 oz (50 g) black grapes
10 fl oz (300 ml) fresh orange juice
method
1. Place fruit in a pan with the orange juice and simmer for 2 - 3 minutes.
2. Serve with a little of the orange juice spooned over.
