Avocado Soup #3

ingredients

serves 4
2 avocados, peeled, stoned and chopped
1 1/2 pints (900 ml) chicken stock
1 tbsp chives, chopped
2 tbsps lemon juice
dash of Tabasco sauce

method

1. Blend avocados in a food processor or liquidiser until smooth.

2. Add remaining ingredients, season with black pepper. Blend again. Serve chilled.
