ingredients
serves 4
4 plaice fillets, skinned
4 tbsps creamed tomatoes
2 oz (50 g) wholemeal breadcrumbs
3 oz (75 g) Edam cheese, grated
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
method
1. Spread the fillets with creamed tomatoes.
2. Mix together the remaining ingredients with a little black pepper and sprinkle evenly over the fish.
3. Grill for 5 to 7 minutes.
