1. Peel the grapefruit, cut the flesh into dice and place in a large bowl.
2. Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds and dice the flesh. Mix with the grapefruit.
3. Cut the avocadoes lengthwise in half; remove and discard the stone and place each half cut side uppermost on a plate.
4. Fill the hollow generously with the tomato and grapefruit mixture and sprinkle liberally with the citronette dressing.
