method
1. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in the eggs. Stir in the fruit, yogurt and milk.
2. Fold in the flour, bicarbonate of soda and nutmeg. Spoon into a greased and base lined 1.7 litre (3 pint) ring mould. Cover with absorbent kitchen paper and cook on HIGH for 10 minutes.
3. Leave to stand for 5 minutes before turning out. When cool decorate with glace icing and cherries.
Timings are for a 600 watt microwave oven.
