1. Place milk, liqueurs, gelatine, sugar and 50 ml (2 fl oz) water in a saucepan. Stand for 1 minute.
2. Stir over a gentle heat and bring to the boil. Simmer for 2 - 3 minutes until sugar and gelatine have dissolved. Pour into a bowl and chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes or until mixture begins to thicken.
3. Whip cream until softly stiff and fold into the chilled mixture. Pour into 4 individual glass dishes and chill for 4 hours in refrigerator before serving.
4. Decorate with whipped cream and chocolate.
