method
1. Place sugar, flour, butter and rolled oats in a bowl and rub the butter in until a crumble mixture forms.
2. Reserve a quarter of the mixture, press the remainder into the base of a shallow 15 cm (6 inch) square dish. Place on an inverted saucer and cook on MEDIUM for 5 minutes.
3. Beat together the remaining ingredients and spread over the base. Cook on HIGH for 3 minutes. •Then sprinkle the remaining crumble over
and cook on HIGH for a further 2 minutes.
4. Allow to cool then refrigerate. Serve cut into squares.
