Grilled Gammon Rashers recipe

ingredients

10 x 175 g gammon rashers
50 ml oil
250 g Straw Potatoes
1 bunch watercress

method

1. Brush the grill bars with oil, place the gammon rashers on the hottest part of the grill so that a criss-cross effect is marked on both sides. Move to a heat zone that will continue to cook them for a total of 3 minutes on each side.

2. Remove and arrange on an oval dish and garnish with the Straw Potatoes and picked watercress.
