1. Place the spaghetti into plenty of simmering salted water and stir to prevent it sticking; cook for 8-10 minutes, then drain in a colander.
2. Melt the butter in a shallow pan, add the spaghetti and mix with a fork.
3. Stir in the Tomato Sauce and tomato concassee and season with salt and pepper.
4. Serve the spaghetti in a suitable dish, accompanied with a sauceboat of grated Parmesan cheese.
