Italian Spaghetti con Prosciutto e Funghi

ingredients

serves 10
275 g sliced mushrooms
50 ml olive oil
275 g lardons of prosciutto crudo
2 tsp chopped basil
600 g cooked and drained spaghetti
grated Parmesan cheese

method

1. Gently fry 275 g sliced mushrooms in 50 ml olive oil and add 275 g lardons of prosciutto crudo and 2 tsp chopped basil.

2. Mix in 600 g cooked and drained spaghetti, add grated Parmesan cheese, season and serve.
