4 chopped cloves of garlic
125 ml olive oil
275 g strips of tomato flesh
600 g cooked and drained spaghetti
grated Parmesan cheese
chopped fresh basil.
method
1. Golden fry 4 chopped cloves of garlic in 125 ml olive oil, add 275 g strips of tomato flesh, season and cook for 5 minutes.
2. Toss 600 g cooked and drained spaghetti in the same pan and serve accompanied by grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh basil
