1. Leaving the skin intact, slice the banana lengthwise, into 4 sections, just stopping short of the base.
2. For the filling, mix all the ingredients together.
3. Stuff the filling into the banana slices. Keep aside 2 tsp of the filling.
4. Heat the oil in a pan; place the stuffed bananas side by side. Cook on low heat, covered with a lid containing some water, to prevent the bananas from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
5. After 10 minutes, add the remaining stuffing. Cover the pan with the lid again.
6. Stir once after 5 minutes and then remove the pan from the heat. Serve piping hot.
