600 g spaghetti Cooked
6 crushed cloves of garlic
3 whole dried red chillies
125 ml olive oil
1. Lightly fry 6 crushed cloves of garlic and 3 whole dried red chillies in 125 ml olive oil, then remove and discard the garlic and chillies.
2. Toss the cooked spaghetti in the same pan and serve.
