Italian Spaghetti al Fuoco

ingredients

serves 10
600 g spaghetti Cooked
3 crushed cloves of garlic
3 fresh red chillies
150 ml olive oil
2 crushed cloves of garlic
125 ml olive oil

method

1. Lightly fry 3 crushed cloves of garlic and 3 fresh red chillies in 150 ml olive oil.

2. Cool, liquidise and retain. Lightly fry 2 crushed cloves of garlic in 125 ml olive oil, remove the garlic and add the liquidised mixture.

3. Toss the cooked spaghetti in this sauce and serve very hot.
