500 g (1.1 lb) Colocasia (arvf), boiled, cubed
2 tsp (8 g) Salt
100 g (3 1/2 oz) Tomatoes, chopped
3 tbsp (45 ml) 1 1/2 fl oz Lemon (nimbu) juice
4 Green chillies, chopped
1/4 cup (6 g) Green coriander (hara dhaniya), chopped
a few Mint (pudina) leaves, chopped
2 tsp (4 g) Mango powder (amchur)

method
1. Combine the salt, tomatoes, lemon juice, green chillies, green coriander, and mint leaves in a bowl. Add the colocasia and mix well.
