method
1. Heat the oil in a pan; add onions and saute on medium heat. Add the ginger-garlic pastes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, white pepper powder, coriander powder, and tomatoes. Saute for a minute.
2. Add the cauliflower and 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook for 15 minutes till the mixture is absolutely dry. Season with salt and garam masala.
3. Heat the butter in a pan; add ginger and saute lightly. Remove and sprinkle over the cauliflower. Garnish with green coriander.
