300 g (11 oz) Groundnuts (moongphalli), with skin
1 tbsp (15 ml) Vegetable oil
1 tbsp (4 g) Chaat masala
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder to taste
method
1. Dry roast the groundnuts first in a wok (kadhai). Heat the oil and fry the groundnuts till they turn light brown. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
