1. Mix all the fruits and vegetables together in a bowl.
2. Add lemon juice, rock salt, and red chilli powder. Mix and keep aside for 10 minutes.
3. Serve with a dressing of mint paste mixed with tamarind pulp and chaat masala.
Note: 1 tsp lightly roasted cumin powder may also be added. This preparation must be made fresh almost before being served to retain the crispness of the fruits. Any combination of seasonal fruits may be used.
