1 tsp (6 g) Green chilli-ginger (adrak) paste
4 tbsp (60 ml) 2 fl oz Soybean oil
For the tempering:
3 tbsp (45 ml) 1 1/2 fl oz Vegetable oil
2 tsp (4 g) Sesame seeds (til)
2 tsp (4 g) Cumin (jeera) seeds
a pinch Asafoetida (hing)
3 tbsp (12 g) Coconut (nariyal), grated
2 tbsp (8 g) Green coriander (hara dhaniya), chopped
